Laboratory Head - Riau

Responsibilities:

• Ensures all research laboratory employees have adequate resources to perform all aspects of labor needed.
• Ensures all research laboratory employees ar adequately trained to soundly perform all needed job functions which ability records ar maintained.
• Ensures compliance with all company policy procedures within the laboratory.
• Understands client necessities and organizes research laboratory procedures.
• Supports the ISO certificate(s) and manages corrective/preventive actions.
• Reviews laboratory operations for all aspects of the continual improvement method.
• Compiles and analyzes check data to work out operational potency of processes and instrumentation and to diagnose issues and malfunctions.
• Recommends measures to boost testing procedures, use of apparatus, and desires for brand spanking new instrumentation. Conducts analysis to develop custom procedures pro re nata, operating in conjunction with research laboratory management.
• Handles needed disciplinary matters during a honest and consistent manner and maintains open communication with the research laboratory Manager and therefore the hour department.

Requirements :

• Maximum age forty years previous
• Education  Minimum D3/S1 in Chemical Engineering
• Minimum three years expertise in similar position, ideally in producing company

Quality, Safety, Health & Environmental Department Head - Riau

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing the standard department’s strategy, to make sure it meets the business needs and client deliverables, furthermore as guaranteeing the division performance against goals.
• Implementing and maintaining a high quality Risk Management system to make sure that risks ar adequately controlled in accordance with the necessities (ISO 9001, GMP+B2, etc).
• Acting because the main purpose of contact on all Quality, safety, health & environmental matters, internally and outwardly.
• Coordinating Quality Management system and Environmental Management system inspections, internal and external inspections.
• Maintaining and rising division operational performance, to satisfy the necessities of restrictive authorities, company commonplace operative Procedures (SOPs) and external and internal customers, with reference to quality, service, time interval and value.
• Ensuring the event of division SOPs (writing, rewriting and approving), guaranteeing restrictive compliance in conjunction with being ‘fit for purpose’ operationally and commercially.
• Ensuring that each one activities ar performed in accordance with GMP, company SOPs and Health and Safety policies.
• Ensuring that there's AN programme in situ that is communicated to Operations.
• Ensuring that the provider and contractor audits ar performed and rumored as scheduled .
• Ensuring applicable investigation of discrepancies, errors, complaints, failures or adverse events requiring documented review and action (if necessary, interrupting processes inflicting material to be isolated or placed on hold till matters ar resolved).
• Leading client and restrictive audits/inspections, as needed.
• Ensuring that the standard department meets or improves on budget, cost, volume and potency targets in line with business objectives.
• Providing direction and steering to the standard, Safety, Health & Environmental team.
• Identifying and developing the standard team structure.
• Preparing and justifying the standard department’s budget.
• Observing and obliging with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GMP+B2, OHSAS 18001, SMK3, Halal and Kosher

Requirements :

• Maximum age forty years recent
• Education minimum S1 / Bachelor Degree
• Minimum three years expertise in Quality Management systems, Environmental Management systems, Internal and external auditing (at producing Company)
• Quality Systems expertise in GMP and ISO quality standards – ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ISO 14001, etc.
• Trained in Quality System Regulation & Quality Management Systems
• Certified Auditor or Lead Auditor ISO 9000 and 14000.
• Knowledge of applied math method management (SPC) and quality tools.
• Planning skills to develop quality system plans, policies, procedures and systems
• Excellent social skills to interface the least bit levels internally and outwardly
• Good Leadership skills.
• Good deciding and drawback resolution skills.
• Mastering English oral / written.
• Self-Motivated and able to encourage alternative.
• Willing to be placed in Indragiri Hilir Riau
